Shipping & Returns Policy

ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

Orders received after business hours are processed the next business day. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive shipping notice. Once your order ships, domestic shipments transit time is about 2-5 business days. Use the Order Tracking page to check the status of your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from missluxury.sale with your shipment tracking number. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive after it is shipped. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by missluxury.sale only as an estimate.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Use the Order Tracking page to check the status of your order. Use the shipment tracking number that you were emailed to track your package at USPS.com. After receiving your shipment tracking number, it takes at least 24 hours for USPS.com to show updated tracking information. USPS.com takes even longer if the package is shipped on a Friday or Saturday. Until then, you’ll see the “Shipment Not Found” or “Label Printed, USPS waiting to receive” message every time you try to track your shipment. A signature is required for all shipments.

SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ONLY
If your order contains an alternate shipping address, your order will automatically be shipped to your billing address.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If you miss your package delivery, you’ll have to use your Driver’s License to retrieve your package from your local post office (this is because ALL packages require a signature at delivery) USPS will hold the shipment for 15 days, after that, “return to sender”. As soon as your returned package is received, a full refund will be issued for your order.

TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
I ship worldwide. Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your particular country and delivery address, will reflect on the checkout page before submitting payment.  Use your shipment tracking number to continue to track your shipment on usps.com or your own country’s postal website. If a shipment is rejected and returned, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges. If you haven’t received your package yet it is awaiting Customs Clearance in your country. This usually takes a few days, but can take longer if your country’s Customs officials decide to further inspect the shipment contents. Contact your country’s Customs office with your shipment tracking number for more information.
